JLab GO Air True Wireless Not Charging? – This Might Be The Issue

  • Try using the other charger pack

2. Fix JLab Go Air True Wireless Left Earbud not Charging

  • Take the broken left earbuds out that don’t work
  • Get Your Double A-Battery
  • Help a friend hold the contacts (2 small Cables) there take these two little contacts while connected to the baterry Or Using Tire tape to make it keep connected.
  • Tap it in a couple of times on each “Little Metal Plate” on the left earbud
  • And The Light will start coming on immediately
  • Put it In Your Charger Pack

3. Fix JLab Go Air True Wireless Right Earbud not Charging

  • Take the broken right earbuds out that don’t work
  • Get Your Double A-Battery
  • Help a friend hold the contacts (2 small Cables) there take these two little contacts while connected to the baterry Or Using Tire tape to make it keep connected.
  • Tap it in a couple of times on each “Little Metal Plate” on the right earbud
  • And The Light will start coming on immediately
  • Put it In Your Charger Pack

Kizaru, have you had any complaints about the Jlab Go Air’s stopping music play? this only happens while playing my music with a player that I installed from Google Play Store, “Pi Music Player”. It doesn’t happen with Youtube or Pandora. Should I try a different app? Which would you recommend. Samsung Galaxy S8. Thank you.

    • Thanks for reaching me.. I’ve never got the issue with my iPhone and My Samsung Galaxy A50. Try to check your firmware upgrade, re-syinc ur jlab, Bottom Line: I never used any Music Player software from playstore on my android device (Only use File Manager Player). Also, try ur jlab on another device to make sure its work properly.
